PumpkinCarvingIdeas.com is a community gallery for pumpkin carving: a place to find your next carve, save the ones you love, and share what you made when the knives are cleaned up. Browse for inspiration, filter down to your style, and share your own carve to help the next person find theirs.

The site started as a simple Halloween side project and grew into the full gallery you see today: ten browsable categories, community ratings and leaderboards, and step-by-step tutorials. It's free to browse, and joining takes nothing more than an email address: upload a carving and your account is created on the spot.

Every October we also run the annual carving contest: $250 in prizes, free to enter, and every approved October upload is automatically in the running.

Who runs the site

PumpkinCarvingIdeas.com is independently owned and run by a small team in the United States. We build the galleries, write the tutorials and carving guides, review every submission ourselves, and answer every message sent to [email protected]. The site is supported by ads and sponsorships, which are always labeled and never influence what gets approved or ranked.

How the gallery is curated

Every submission is screened before it appears publicly, against our community guidelines: real carvings only, family-browsable, no stolen photos. Clear passes are approved within moments by automated screening; anything borderline waits for a human moderator instead. Titles and categories are checked during review so what you find in a category is actually what it says it is. Some gallery photography is used under Creative Commons Zero and public domain licenses to keep seasonal inspiration flowing between community uploads.
