• The URL(s) of the content on our site you believe infringes.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you own (a link or description).
• Your name, email address, and physical address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We’ll review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material, and notify the uploader.

If your upload was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address including the removed content’s URL, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court. We may restore the content unless the original claimant files a court action.

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material will be terminated.

Carving a pumpkin from someone else’s pattern and photographing your own carve is generally welcome here; uploading someone else’s photograph is not. When in doubt, credit the pattern designer in your description, or ask us.
