You’re responsible for your account and what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself, give us a real email address, and don’t impersonate other people. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, adapt, and promote it in connection with operating and marketing the site. That includes showing your carving on the homepage or category pages, and featuring it in our marketing and on our social media accounts (for example Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Reddit, and Snapchat), where we credit you where practical and link back to the site. You can delete your content at any time, which ends that license going forward, though posts already shared on social media may remain outside our control.

Only upload content you created or have permission to share. Our community guidelines describe what’s welcome; submissions are reviewed by moderators before they appear publicly, and we may reject or remove content that breaks the rules, with or without notice.

• No unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• No spam, scraping at abusive rates, or attempts to break or overload the service.
• No infringing other people’s copyrights or trademarks (see the copyright policy).
• No harassing other members in comments or anywhere else.

The site’s design, code, and editorial content belong to us or our licensors. Some gallery photography is used under Creative Commons Zero / Public Domain licenses. You’re welcome to link to any page; don’t republish the site wholesale.

You can stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the community guidelines, and we may ban repeat infringers.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Carving pumpkins involves sharp tools; tutorials and ideas here are for inspiration, and you carve at your own risk, so supervise kids and mind your fingers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
