• Identifiers. Email address, username, and IP address (the IP appears in short-lived server logs and on email-list signups, used for abuse prevention and, on signups, to complete the consent record).
• User content. Pumpkin photos and videos you upload, plus titles, descriptions, tags, comments, ratings, and saves.
• Internet / network activity. Standard server logs (pages requested, request times); analytics data from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which is optional and follows your cookie-banner choice; and, if you join our email list, how you first reached the site (referring link or marketing campaign details such as UTM tags). We collect this directly from you or from your device and browser as you use the site. We use it only to operate the site and understand how people find it, as described in the privacy policy.

• We do not sell personal information, and have not in the preceding 12 months.
• We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what’s necessary to provide the service.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, so there is no sale or sharing of minors’ data to opt out of.

Because we don’t sell or share, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle to click. If that ever changes, this page and a prominent site link will change first.

California residents can ask us to:

• Know / access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information (your account and everything attached to it).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. The site works the same either way.

You can also use an authorized agent, in which case we’ll ask for proof of authorization.
