Haunted House Pumpkin Stencils

Haunted house pumpkin stencils show crooked roofs, glowing windows, bare trees, bats, and a full moon behind a leaning mansion. The lit windows are what make these striking: each one is a little square of light on a dark house.

How to carve a haunted house pumpkin stencil

The house is mostly uncut pumpkin with the windows cut through. Cut every window first, keeping the frames between them at least a third of an inch, then the moon, then the sky around the roofline. Bare tree branches are thin, so scrape them rather than cutting, or cut only the trunk and a few thick limbs.

Set the haunted house pumpkin at the base of your own front steps so it mirrors the real house. Bat and ghost pumpkins around it complete the scene.
