If a bridge feels thin, widen the cutout on either side rather than shaving the strip.

Save the most fragile cuts for the end when the rest of the design is already stable.

   Drop in a cool white or warm LED puck light rather than a candle, since steady heat can soften those thin bands and make them droop.
