What kind of paper works best?▾
Standard 20 lb letter or A4 printer paper is fine. Heavier paper is harder to bend around the pumpkin curve. If your printer supports it, set the quality to 'best' so the lines are crisp.
How long will the carved pumpkin last?▾

What if my printer doesn't print the whole stencil?▾

How to carve this stencil
- Print and tape the stencil to a cleaned, scraped-thin pumpkin face.
- Transfer the outline by poking a pin grid along every cut line, including the two wheel circles.
- Remove the stencil and cut the two large wheel circles first to release tension in the lower wall.
- Move to the main cart body opening, cutting carefully around the solid bridges that form the seat, steering column, and driver figure.
- Cut the small club-bag detail on the left and the roof bar across the top last, keeping those narrow strips intact until surrounding material is removed.
- Place a tea-light inside so the driver and equipment silhouette glows within the open cart body.
