Finish any remaining large background openings once the thread is safely defined.

   Set a battery LED low inside so light rises up behind the floating spider. Skip real candles, since the tight cutouts and heat do not mix well. Dim the room, place the pumpkin near a window ledge, and shoot slightly off to one side to catch the glow. If any edges look ragged, tidy them with a paring knife before your final photo.
