   Load the tip of a round brush and dab straight down to build the fluffy pom-pom texture, alternating red and white dabs. Work outward from the center so the shape stays round and full.    Seal and show it off

   Once fully dry, brush on a clear matte sealer to protect the paint from smudges and moisture.
