How to carve a witch hat pumpkin stencil
The hat is usually one opening. Cut the brim as a long shallow curve, then the cone up to the bent tip, and finish the tip with a knife. If the design has a buckle or band, leave it as an uncut strip across the hat and scrape it so it stands out.
